Can I pay with electronic money such as PayPay?

Payment can be made with PayPay.
If you use a convenience store payment slip,
you will need to scan the barcode to make the payment.
There is a 330 yen fee for issuing a convenience store payment slip.

What payment methods are available?

Payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, and payment at a convenience store.
Please note that a 330 yen issuance fee will be charged for payments at a convenience store.

My account balance is insufficient on the bank withdrawal date.
What should I do?
The money will be deposited the day after the withdrawal date.

Direct deductions are made only once a month, on the 27th of each month (or the next business day if that day falls on a holiday).
On the following month's deduction date,
we will debit two months' worth of payments in one lump sum, or you can pay by bank transfer.

I lost my convenience store payment slip.
How can I get it reissued?

We do not reissue convenience store forms. Please pay by bank transfer.
Alternatively, we will send you a combined convenience store form for two months next month.

The deadline for payment at a convenience store has passed.

I lost my wallet and would like to change my payment method
from "credit card" to "direct debit."

We will send you an account transfer form as you will need to complete the procedure.

What credit brands can be used?

We accept the following credit card brands:
VISA, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, and Diners Club.

What are the closing and withdrawal dates?

For direct debit, the closing date is the 15th of each month and the payment date is the 27th of the month (or the next business day if that day falls on a holiday).

How many months of non-payment will cause the gas to be cut off?

If we are unable to confirm payment in the second month, we will notify you that your gas supply will be cut off.
If payment is not received after this notification, your gas supply will be cut off.

What you need when signing a contract

Items to prepare when signing the contract

When you move in, we will conduct an inspection and survey. Please fill out the LP Gas Safety Survey Inspection Form and Customer Notice (Confirmation), and sign or stamp them. Even if you sign, we would appreciate it if you could stamp them with your seal.
Also, if you wish to have your account transferred when you move in, please have your bank seal ready.
Please have 10,000 yen in cash ready as a security deposit.

Can I purchase gas appliances from Neat Gas Co., Ltd.?

What do you think about saying "Earthquake! Turn off the fire!" to today's gas appliances?

The gas meter will shut off the gas if it detects shaking of magnitude 5 or higher.
Also, if a pipe breaks during an earthquake of magnitude 5 or less and a gas leak occurs,
the meter will detect abnormal gas consumption and automatically shut off the gas.
